Exclusive Track Rental |

Exclusive track booking is available on weekdays with min. 6 karts rental, on weekends and national holidays with min. 7 karts rental. Maximum nr. of karts on track: 13
In case of an exclusive track booking the Hungaroring Kart Center instructors can put together an entire program for the participants. It is part of the program to have an awarding ceremony where the participants will receive their prizes on a podium, just like a Formula 1 award ceremony. The Hungaroring Kart Center has its own podium for taking pictures of the ceremony and popping champagne for the winner.
Includes warm-up, qualifying and the race. The championship will be organized depending on the number of participants to suit each group’s individual needs.
Examples (can be arranged individually too)
Individual race – 1 hour: Recommended for 6-13 people. Every driver will take part in one warm-up session, a qualifying and the race.

- 1 x 8 laps qualifying
- 1 x 20 laps race (Start on grid with green light)
- Awarding ceremony
Individual race – 2 hours: Recommended for 13-26 or more people. For more than 12 people we oganize 2 groups. Each group will take part in one warm-up session, a qualifying and the race.
- 2 x 10 minutes warm-up
- 2 x 8 laps qualifying
- 2 x 20 laps race (Start on grid with green light. Groups can be re-arranged for the according to result of qualifying)
- Awarding ceremony
Team race – 2 hours: Recommended for 20 or more people.
With 20 people we organize 4 groups with 5 drivers each, where the participants in the groups are racing on the same team. We will add up the fastest laps of each participant, and the group with the shortest time is the winner. The 3 fastest racers could be the individual winners in the team race category.

Fee includes our service of: safety helmet, staff, terrace, start gate, lounge, parking area, digital timing with LED display.
Fee: 16.500 HUF + 27% VAT / kart / hour (50% deposit required)

Mini GP, Mini GP Extra
Now is the time to compete! We have created our Mini GP and Mini GP Extra packagese where you can have your own race with your team without having to fully book the track for a time interval. Just like in F1 the program starts with a warm-up session followed by the qualification. After the race the TOP 3 contestants are awarded on our podium with authentic gold, silver and bronze Hungaroring medal, feel free to take some pictures of the celebration.
As a part of our Mini GP, Mini GP Extra package only your Team will be allowed on the track during the driving sessions (limited - not full exclusivity)!
Mini GP Programme:
- 1x8 minutes warm-up
- 1x6 minutes qualification
- 1x12 laps race starting from the grid
- Medal for the top 3
To book any of our Mini GP packages, payment of 25.400 HUF deposit is requested via bank transfer or credit card. Please add your billing address (country, town, postcode, street) to the "Addtional info" at our online booking system and you will receive an invoice shortly after we have contacted you.

- 1x6 minutes qualification
- 1x24 laps race starting from the grid
- Medal for the top 3

Participants: 6 - 13 ppl. (based on the track's decision in some cases 14 people) in 1 group, over 13/14 people in 2 or more groups depending on final number of participants (based on individual assignment and schedule)

CAUTION! The advanced registration does not guarantee out of turn access, you might have to wait for previous session to end therefore the track is subject to availability. It's mandatory to wear balaclavas for the helmets provided by the track. This can be purchased on site. Mini GP bookings can be canceled up to 10 days before the date of the appointment. In case of bad weather (heavy rain / storm), it is possible to change the appointment only after seeing the actual weather of the given day. Based on weather forecasts, we are unable to change or cancel the originally fixed date of the program. The program can be held safely in light rain. In case of cancelation within 10 days or if you don't show up, the deposit won't be refunded! If the reservation is made for 2 groups (over 13 people), then the fee for min. 14 people must be paid on site also if only fewer people show up!
